Hello everyone,
Welcome to Indochine Cuisine in Parker, Colorado - the home of wonderful and healthy cuisine from Thailand and Vietnam (well, with a few commercially-appealing exceptions!). We don't claim that our food is the most authentic, simply because what may be truly authentic in a particular region of our countries is completely antithetical to another region. What we *can* promise is to deliver the exquisitely delicious food that we have known all our lives, prepared with the identical love and utmost care as for our own meals at home. Maybe those are the reasons for Denver's A-List voters voted us the top 3 Asian Fusion restaurant for the past 5 years (2007, 2008, 2009, 2010, 2011!).
We started out in a small, nondescript space with a humble seating capacity of 28 and no waiting area. In May 2008 we moved into our brand newlocation that has indoor seating capacity for 83 and another 20+ seats outdoors. Our new environs have caused many a customer to remark as to its ambiance and subtle charm.
The Indochine staff are recognized for their attentiveness and friendly manner. And actually, there are many interesting facets of Indochine and our staff that set us apart from the often-mundance, independently-owned operations you may have visited. But... you'll just need to come in and check us out.
