From Yume - My first cook book was completed in December 2007. We had a launch party at Villa Parker, which at that time was the lovely BIG residence of our good friends Erika and Joe. Now this same georgeous Villa Parker hosts many beautiful weddings and special events.

Meals In A Minute Products
Yume's new line of sauces, distributed under the name Asian Meals In Minutes, were first available for purchase at Parker Farmers Market and Lone Tree Farmers Market beginning August 2009. The company recently expanded to nation-wide and is now under the new name: Meals In A Minute. Our products are sold via Independent Chef Consultant (FREE home cooking demo) or at summer's farmer markets and at certain food shows. You can order online and select 'will call' option for shipping and the products will be delivered to Indochine for you to pick up from there.
