Jeff and Yume were technology professionals who decided in early 2003 to do something on their own. Owning a restaurant should not be what they decided on as neither of them is an avid home-cook. They said the idea of owning a restaurant seems glamorous and interesting. Boy, how little they knew then… 22 years later, Jeff and Yume have developed this deep love for Indochine as evident that their customers will see them wondering about in the restaurant – even on their days off. Since 2007, Indochine was voted as one of the top three Asian Fusion restaurant in Colorado. Jeff and Yume also created a sauce production company in 2009 to bottle all the sauces that Yume created to be used in their Indochine kitchen.  Throughout the years, Yume always said although she does not like to cook as much; she is passionate about creating yummy recipes that are Gluten-free, MSG-free since the majority of their guests need to have gluten-free and msg-free food.  

Indochine is also well known for the most extensive menu for gluten-free, soy-free and vegan. Not a bad progress for two people who did not even cook their own meals for the first 3 years of their marriage. Please come and check Indochine out. You will like it!
