Our Gluten-Free Promise

For over 20 years, Indochine Cuisine has been a trusted destination for guests with celiac disease, gluten sensitivities , or anyone simply seeking safe, vibrant, gluten-free Thai, Vietnamese and sushi dishes.


Our Promise is simple: 

We cook with integrity, transparency, and a deep understanding of what gluten-safety truly requires.  

Why Gluten-Free Matters to Us

We know how stressful it can be to dine out when gluten affects your health.  Many of our guests drive across town - even from other cities and states - because they trust how seriously we take gluten-free preparation.

At Indochine, gluten-free is NOT an accommodation.  It is the foundation of how we cook.

96%-98% of Our Menu is Gluten-Free

We intentionally design our menu to be almost entirely gluten-free without sacrificing flavor or aythenticity.

This includes:

* All curries

* All stir-fries (exception of Drunken Noodle i- but we do have GF Rice Noodles)

* Pad Thai, Vietnamese Noodle Bowls

* All soups

* Most sushi (with the exception of rolls with eels as even our Imitation crab meat is GF but we love to use real crabs more).

* All house-made sauces.

* All marinades

* Most appetizers (except the non-GF version of Vietnamese Crispy rolls, regular dumplings and Fire Crackers Shrimp).

If a dish is NOT gluten-free, our staff will 100% let you know!
