Cooking Demo

In this class, Yume will be using two sauces: Essential and Kaffir Lime (a.k.a Fire Cracker).
The dishes we will be demo-ing:
* Fried Rice
* Shrimp Ceviche
* Grilled Salmon
The cost is $25 to cover the food that you will be samplings from the demo AND one FREE jar of sauce to take home with you! You will have so much fun watching how quickly delicious meals are made - right in front of your eyes! It is so much more fun and satisfying than having dinners at the Chef Tables at all those fancy places :-).
Due to the popularity of the cooking demo, spots are sold out quickly. There will be no refund -- but if you cannot make it to the classes you purchased; we will arrange for you to come and pickup your free jar of sauce!
