Tamarind Chicken and Bangkok Curries - April 4th, 2024

In this class, Yume will show you how to prepare two very yummy dishes that are NOT included in Indochine's regular menu!  we will be using two sauces: Tamarind and Yellow Curry.  

These dishes are our staff's favorites.  You know our staff eat the most delicious, innovative lunches and these two dishes will leave you wanting to cook them at home ALL THE TIMES!  They are super easy to make (just like every dish that you cook with JustYume's sauces).

* Chicken in Tamarind sauce, bay leaves and jalapenos. GF/SF/DF

* Creamy Curry with Scrambled Eggs (so good and you will ooh and ahh eating this).  GF/SF/DF

Your tummy will be full at the demo as you will get to taste the foods as Yume show you.  

These demos are fun to attend to see how your favorites are being made in our kitchen.  These are also fun to get-together with friends and just relax and have some amazingly fun times! 

Due to the popularity of the demos, refund will not be provided but we will work to move you to another demo if you cannot make the one you signed up for.
